Welcome to the 2025 Washington State Coats for Kids Buy One Request One Free Order matching site! The “matching cases” are through a program provided by Supreme and are not guaranteed.

Councils must provide your Initial order to State Council by August 31st and immediately submit payment by check no later September 11^th or your order will be voided. Checks need to be written out to "Columbus Charities". Your matching order, if approved, will be based upon your initial order. Supreme reserves the right to substitute cases if needed based upon availability.

Councils agree to pick up all of their cases from an established distribution point. Please review the list of our established distribution points attached to our published FAQs and place the address of the nearest distribution point to you in the “SHIPPING” address. Do NOT place your council’s address in the “Ship To” address. FAQs are posted on the State website under Community. Click on “Coats for Kids”.

Please place your Council Name and Number in the PAYMENT Section at Checkout.

Please place your justification for matching cases in the “Reason for the Request - Details of the Program” box of the checkout form. This includes the name the organization(s) you are supporting, their mission(s), and for schools provide the free and reduced lunch information. If you do not have all of this information still submit this order and then contact State Coats for Kids Chair Mike Winkler.

Only Washington State Councils and Assemblies can order from this site. No out of State Councils or outside organizations are allowed to place orders from this site.
